-Space assignment is on a first-come basis. Retainer payment of at least 1/2 of the rental fee must accompany the contract (partial payment option expires March 1st –for spring event and August 1st for fall event).
-Booth Electrical Add-on is available through the venue directly (must pre-order for best pricing) and link to be provided upon registration.
-Booth space includes: Skirted 6’ table (does not apply to Doula Desk, see below for Doulas), pipe and drape backdrop name sign placard, garbage can, and acknowledgement in program as participating vendor. Electrical outlet not provided- available for an additional fee through venue.
-Doula Desk Spot includes: 5’x5’ area, shared pipe and drape backdrop space in Doula Desk Featured Area, acknowledgement in the program as a participating vendor. Doulas will bring in their own tables/chairs/décor as desired.

Program Full page inside cover ad (front or back) ads: $600 (non-exhibitor $700)
Program Full page ad: $300 (non-exhibitor $400) 1/2 page ad: $150 (non-exhibitor $250)
Official Tote Bag Insert- $150: Have your postcard, business card, coupon, or ad inserted in all the bags given to all attendees upon arrival. Company must provide inserts.
Provide Product Sample- FREE: Get your sample in all the attendee bags with no fee! (Must be product or gift card- coupons do not qualify)
Speaker/Workshop Host- $500+: Recognition as the Host/sponsor for one speaker or workshop presentation during the event at the main stage.
