Exhibitor Add-Ons & Support WSCC
For our Spring Show- May 7th, at the Washington State Convention Center (WSCC), there are onsite services, such as booth electricity, Wifi hospots or hardlines, catering, AV, and other services available to you. Deadlines are as follows:
Advanced ordering & best rates: April 15th
Standard ordering & rates: May 3rd
Pre-Show & onsite ordering begins May 4th and cannot be processed online.
Enter "TBD" for booth number as we will provide booth numbering at a later date as to provide the best posible room layout!
FYI- WE highly recommend you check any needed device that uses internet on Friday at set-up on May 6th! General cell service can be spotty in these large exhibit halls depending upon your carrier! Single Device WiFi hotspots can be purchased onsite (on May 6th or May 7th) for $80 to ensure your connectivity service.

For our Spring Show- May 7th, we are working with Triumph. Through Triumph you can coordinate shipping your booth supplies, renting additional tables and/or furnishings, and other services. Click Here for Triumph Packet!
Booth Numbers- you can leave the booth number blank and use your booth name to register with Triumph as we will provide booth numbering at a later date as to provide the best posible room layout!
Out of Area Travel
For our Spring Show- May 7th, our event is in downtown Seattle at the Washington State Convention Center, only 20 minutes away from the Sea-Tac International Airport. For more location details visit our About Spring Location Page which includes discounted rates for nearby hotels.
Exhibitor Check-in & Set-up
For our Spring Show- May 7th, we will have a set-up day on Friday, May 6th beginning at noon as well as time on Saturday morning beginning at 7 AM.
Friday, May 6th
Noon - 4 PM: Exhibitor/Vendor check-in/set-up
Loading Dock & Hand Carried Freight open

Complimentary parking is available for one hour. Parking tickets can be validated at the HCF Service Desk.
Door clearance is 6' wide by 6'5" high at the Hand Carried Freight area in the garage. Delivery of materials exceeding these dimensions must go through the Loading Dock.
The WSCC has a limited number of flatbed carts available on a first come, first served basis. Carts can be checked-out at the HCF. Please return the cart when finished.
Due to labor requirements and jurisdiction, anyone needed to unload at the Loading Dock will need to use Triumph Services! This does not apply to Hand Carried Frieght only utilizing the Loading Dock!
See the Triumph Exhibitor Packet (linked above in the Triumph section) for details. Pricing is approx. $150 for up to 200 lbs and includes unlaoding and loading back up following the show.
4 PM - 7PM: Additional set-up time
*Hand Carried Freight and Loading Dock closed, but items can be carried in through regular doors/parking garages.

7 AM - 9 AM: Exhibitor/Vendor check-in/set-up

Every booth is issued 2 badges unless you have requested more in advance. We need to know any special requests for additional badges by May 3rd. The WSCC staff requires you wear your badge to gain access to the exhibit hall.
VIP Doors open at 8:45 AM
VIPs enter Exhibit Hall at 10 AM
General Admission Doors open at 11 AM
Show ends at 3 PM
All booths must be set up by Saturday at 9 AM. No booths are to begin tear down until Saturday at 3 PM.
Outside Food & Food Sampling
The WSCC does not allow outside food into the exhibit halls. Sampling is permitted, but you must provide Aramark at the WSCC this form along with a certificate of insurance naming Aramark as additionally insured. If you have any questions, contact Angelina at Aramark.
